Tommy Vance - President

Tommy Vance has worked with children and families for over 25 years and is also the President of Vance Family Services, Corp. which is one of the largest Administrative Services Organizations in the state of West Virginia. Coming from an impoverished childhood himself, Tommy witnessed firsthand how many West Virginia children and families are in need. His devotion and excitement to help others is unmatched by most and his ability to develop strong relationships is the foundation of everything he does, both professionally and personally, and he humbly reaches back to uplift his community.

Keri Maynard - Vice President

Keri Maynard worked as a Licensed Social Worker in West Virginia for almost 12 years, and she is currently the Staff Supervisor for Vance Family Services responsible for training all of its employees, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and most importantly, assisting staff in the social work field to provide the best possible services for families involved in the Child Welfare System. Keri possesses the ability to approach the most difficult situations while maintaining kindness and compassion allowing her to help community members bridge the gap between problems and resolutions. 

Tommy Bailey - Executive Director

Tommy Bailey is a former healthcare executive and government relations professional, serving a variety of corporate interests as an executive team member and consultant providing guidance to multi-state organizations on a variety of issues. With more than 20 years of military service, Tommy is drawn to serve his community on small and large scales and actively searches for ways to improve the lives of others.

Drema Franklin - Board Member

Drema Franklin has worked in Child Welfare Services for over 20 years, and she is currently the Administrative Specialist for Vance Family Services. Drema provides the community with so much more due to her love of for children. She works year-round; searching for ways to help ease the burdens impoverished families face, whether it is creating fundraising events or raffles to encourage community involvement in helping local children. Drema’s heart shines through her selfless generosity and sense of duty to help our most vulnerable.
